SantosRadcliffe Limited operates as a creative architecture group developing original ideas, visual systems, intellectual property, licensing models, art platforms, workshops and related ventures.

  • Submitting an enquiry, request or form through the Site does not create a contractual relationship between you and SantosRadcliffe Limited.

  • Any discussions, proposals, estimates, quotations or commercial terms are indicative only and subject to written agreement.

  • Brand Republica licences, Electric Art Gallery licences, SantosRadcliffe engagements, workshop bookings and any other commercial arrangements are subject to approval and separate written agreement.

  • We may decline any enquiry at our discretion and are not required to give reasons.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions, warranties, representations or other terms that may otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity.

We will not be liable for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort including negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise, arising under or in connection with:
