Refund Policy

SantosRadcliffe Limited provides bespoke intellectual property licensing, consulting services, recalibration protocols, visual architecture, and related digital products primarily to business clients. Returns and refunds are limited due to the custom, non-replicable and immediately consumable nature of our offerings.
1. Digital Assets & Licenses
(Electric Art imagery, limited-edition works, licensed models)

Once delivered, downloaded, or access granted, all sales are final and non-refundable.

By completing purchase or accepting delivery, you acknowledge that the value has been transferred and no return or refund right exists.

For digital content, you expressly consent to immediate performance and waive any statutory cooling-off or cancellation rights that may otherwise apply.
2. Services
(Audits, mandate engagements, CTR recalibration sessions)

Pre-commencement: Deposits or initial fees are non-refundable as they secure scheduling, diagnostic work, and resource allocation.

In-progress or completed work: No refunds for sessions attended, deliverables provided, audits completed, or access granted.

If you cancel mid-engagement, you remain liable for all work performed and non-recoverable costs up to the cancellation date. Any remaining unused portion may be refunded at our sole discretion, less a cancellation fee (typically 30–50%).
3. Physical Goods
(if applicable, e.g. limited prints or merchandise)

You may return unused, unopened items in original condition within 14 days of receipt for a refund (excluding shipping costs).

Return shipping is at your expense unless the item is faulty or not as described.
4. Faulty or Non-Conforming Deliverables
If a licensed asset, deliverable, or service is materially defective or does not conform to the agreed specification, notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery or performance. We will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or refund the affected portion.
5. How to Request
All requests must be submitted in writing to:

6. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the law of England & Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
